Git is the version-control leaf under Developer Tooling. The series starts with the mental model: commits as snapshots, the three areas, branches as movable names, and HEAD. Later parts cover merging, undoing work, remotes, rebase, and how a team agrees on shared history. Early parts are draft seedlings. Treat the commands as verified against a local Git install, and treat the judgment calls as notes still under review.
