The web branch is the request path: how a name becomes an address, how a browser talks to a server, and how that server is split into a frontend and a backend. It assumes the fundamentals branch, lightly. Sub-branches are in place for HTTP, frontend, and backend. Posts will attach to those children rather than pile up on this page.
